Colorado Springs attorney Terry E. Rector is a Springs native, and has been practicing law in his hometown since 1981. He’s been operating his own law firm since 1987, after working with his late father, Leo Rector. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1978, and from Seattle University School of Law in 1981.
Mr. Rector limits his practice to representing individuals who are injured by the negligence of others, whether they’ve been injured in a car, motorcycle, trucking, or any other type of personal injury, and people who are in need of legal representation for DUI, drug related offenses, sexual offenses, domestic violence and other related charges. Mr. Rector is a former Deputy District Attorney, as well as an Assistant County Attorney, both in Adams County. Formerly, he worked in the area of insurance defense, which makes his knowledge of personal injury claims, and the process insurance companies use to evaluate these claims, even more valuable to his clients.
Terry Rector has been registered with the Colorado Supreme Court since October 23, 1981 and has been practicing law here in Colorado ever since. His bar registration number is 11486, he has an active bar registration and has no history of complaints or disciplinary action because he believes in upholding the legal highest standards at all times.
